Enter Team Mineski, a professional eSports team here in the Philippines. They are currently in Germany right now to participate in an International Dota 2 tournament. Every avid DoTA players know Team Mineski. They are the best of the best when it comes to playing DoTA.
But what is DoTA you ask? DoTA is also known as Defense of the Ancients. A popular Warcraft 3 map that has captivated the hearts and minds of all gamers all over the world. The game has spawned several online games like, League of Legends and the widely popular Heroes on Newerth. It is also a game that inspired Perfect World's territorial war map.
Now, Valve has developed DOTA 2, a standalone game. They want to enter the mainstream world with a bang by offering 1 Million Dollars (roughly 42 Million Pesos) for the winner of the DOTA 2 tournament. Of which Team Mineski is participating.
